Hi Guys,

Yippiieee, I got an invitation for an interactive cooking demonstration with Mirvaan Vinayak & Sadaf Hussain who were the finalist of Master Chef India Season 5. On the Occasion of Mother’s day around the corner at Le Creuset Store, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, we got to know 4 delicious recipes by Mirvaan & Sadaf – 1 Starter, 2 Main Dish, 1 Dessert.

Name of the recipes:-

Starter: Watermelon Scallops with Feta & Pesto
Veg. Main Dish: Kathal Biryani Burrito
Non-Veg. Main Dish: Sesame Crusted Salmon with Pea Puree, Black Rice & Salsa
Dessert: Cardamom Flavoured Giant Cookie

After food demonstration by Master Chefs, we had food tasting & Q/A session as well where we got to know a lot of fun stories & behind the scene of Master Chef India Season 5 with Chef Vikas Khanna & Chef Kunal Kapur.
