Do you know, You can almost go to every corner of Kuala Lumpur for free?
Yes, you heard it right, IT IS FREE!! Kuala Lumpur has a bus service named as “GOKL” which goes to all the popular destinations (like Petronas twin tower, KL Tower KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang etc) and also provides very good wifi for free. Local Malaysian or foreigners both can avail the bus service for free. There are 4 lines which run on a fixed route. Below is the map of the GoKL free bus service:-
(note: this blog post is for backpackers and travelers, not for those who are going to Malaysia for a short holiday or leisure trip)
The 4 lines of GoKL are Red, Green, Blue & Purple. The name of the bus will be displayed in front of the bus. e.g: Red Line, Blue Line, Green Line & Purple Line. (as shown in above picture)
